PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coated materials are high-performance products made from woven glass fiber cloth or mesh impregnated with PTFE emulsion. The resulting materials combine the dimensional stability and tensile strength of glass fiber with the non-stick, chemical-resistant and heat-resistant properties of PTFE.

Our PTFE coated materials range covers three main product types:

PTFE Coated Fiberglass Cloth — available in brown, black and white, with thicknesses from 0.08mm to 0.95mm and roll widths up to 4000mm. Continuous working temperature range: −70°C to 260°C (intermittent to 360°C). Used as release linings, conveyor belt surfaces, heat-seal jaw covers, electrical insulation, architectural membrane material and anti-corrosion wrapping.

PTFE Adhesive Tape — glass fiber reinforced PTFE tape backed with high-temperature silicone adhesive, available in thicknesses from 0.13mm to 0.30mm and slit to any width from 7mm to 600mm. Also available as pure PTFE film tape for applications requiring conformability and electrical insulation. Used for heat-seal jaw wrapping, roller covering, chute and hopper lining, and surface protection on heated equipment.

PTFE Mesh Conveyor Belts — open-weave belts in fiberglass and fiberglass/Kevlar constructions, with mesh sizes from 1×1mm to 10×10mm and belt widths up to 4200mm. The open mesh allows hot air to pass through, making them suited to drying, curing and heat-processing lines in textile, printing, packaging and food industries.

Key properties across the range: non-stick surface, chemical resistance to strong acids, alkalis and most organic solvents, low coefficient of friction, high dielectric strength, fire and flame retardancy, UV resistance, and dimensional stability (elongation at break less than 5%). Custom widths, lengths and configurations available on request.
