All our Laminated carbon fiber sheets are produced by heat press method. We only use use high strength carbon fiber prepregs to produce these sheets and are available in various size and thickness.
- Standard Thickness: 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 20mm, 50mm etc.
- Standard Size: 400x500mm, 500x500mm, 500x600, 1000x1000 mm etc
- Largest size possible: 3000mm X 8000mm
- Skin Layer: 3k carbon fabric, Kevlar-Carbon hybrid fabric
- Core layers:12k UD carbon fabric, Fiberglass fabric, Kevlar fabric
- Surface Weave: Plain/Twill
- Surface Finishing: Matte/Gloss
- Based on your requirement, we can also use Nomex/Kevlar honeycomb or PVC foam cores, here's link to our sandwich panels
