Rectangle Shaped Pultruded Carbon Fiber Rod
Pultruded Carbon fiber rod is manufactured by a process called pultrusion where long strands of carbon fibers are mixed with epoxy/vinyl ester resin.
These carbon fiber rods are stiff, straight and strong for various applications.
The thinnest we can manufacture is 0.5mm and are available in black colour only. These rods are widely used in the following areas.

Standard lengths are 1, 1.2 & 1.5 meters.
Even though there’s no maximum limit on length, we don’t suggest longer than 3 meters due to transportation restrictions.
To increase aesthetic value of these rods, we can apply a layer of 3k twill/plain carbon fiber cloth to their surface.
