Aluminum Honeycomb Core
A regular hexagonal honeycomb structure made of multiple layers of aluminum foil, which are coated, hot-pressed, cut, and then stretched to form the structure. It has sharp, clear cell walls without burrs, making it suitable for high-quality bonding with facing materials and other uses. The core layer of the honeycomb panel is a hexagonal aluminum honeycomb structure, in which densely packed honeycombs interlock like many small I-beams, which can disperse and bear the pressure from the panel direction, ensuring that the panel is evenly stressed and maintaining high flatness even on larger areas.
