Our Roll wrapped carbon fiber tubes are manufactured by wrapping multiple layers of 12k UD and 3k twill/plain carbon fiber prepregs around a metal mould and then cured at high temperature. The UD prepregs are used in core layers whereas the Twill/Plain is on the surface. Based on your requirement, we can also use Kevlar and glass fiber.

Available in matte and gloss finishings, these tubes are not only good looking but also extremely stiff and strong. Such roll wrapped tubes are available in round, square, rectangular, hexagon, octagon shapes. All these tubes are custom made based on the client’s requirement. The smallest Inner diameter is 5mm and the longest length is 3 meters. Thickness starts at 0.5 mm
